We arrived late in Lyon and stayed in a room in a house of two older woman. They were very cheerful and offered us some tea. It was really nice to have such social hosts after a long time :) The conversation juggled between their broken English and Peter's broken French and a bit of dear friend Google Translate :D Anyway, they were quite cool ladies and it was sweet :)
Next day we made a visit to Lyon center. The city is bigger than I imagined. First we went to a church of our lady on a hilltop. Here we could see the whole city and plan the walk though the old town.
